  • When will my order ship? Most orders will ship same-day if placed before 1pmCST, If not, your order will be shipped next day. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holiday. As soon as your order ship you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to the email your entered upon checking out. If for some reason you did not receive an email within the next business day, Please check your spam folder and add "[email protected]" to your safe sender list or email us directly and we will be happy to resend your tracking confirmation. Lasmink Boutique usually delivers 3 to 4 business days US, We ship all orders through USPS


  • Do you offer overnight shipping? Of course we do! We understand the urgency of special occasions, birthday, anniversary, holiday, gift, last minute vacay pick-up etc.; Don't worry we got you covered.


  •  Do you offer exchanges or returns? Normally, Yes only exchanges. Notice of exchanged must be made done within 3 days of customer receiving merchandise. Once shipped we do not accept returns. If you want to exchange we will gladly exchange for something else on our website equal or greater value. (Store credit may be offered in due to merchandise out of stock.) Upon exchanging, All merchandise must be sent back same as delivered to customer; all tags attached, no tears, stains, holes and must be fragrance free. (However due to Covid regulations at the moment we are not accepting exchanges).  We appreciate your understanding.


  • Lost/stolen packages All of the information pertaining your package can be seen using your tracking number. Lasmink boutique is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages. (Please double check shipping address before placing order.) If you tracking number states your package has been delivered but you have not received your parcel, Please contact the United States Postal Services directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777)
